The Foodsource Email Broadcasting Service presents an exciting opportunity to have your brand or business instantly showcased to the key people in the natural products industry all over Australia, and to effectively be “taken by the arm” by the Foodsource team to have your brand introduced or presented to those key people. These campaigns are highly sought-after as an opportunity to grab centre stage for your brand or business, and to have the Foodsource team present your business and products, a team that has been actively connecting the business people across the natural products industry since 2008.
Via the established and meticulously updated Foodsource database you will reach key decision-makers across Australia’s natural products industry. Introduce new products, offer wholesale specials or simply reinforce your brand and product message!
Who receives the emails?
Choose your audience: Retailers or Wholesalers.
Retailers: Health store, independent supermarket group buyers & pharmacy group buyers across Australia. The Foodsource team has been making personal, human-to-human contact with the owners and buyers at these outlets every year since 2008!
Wholesalers: Key decision-makers in natural product wholesaling, ie brand owners, wholesale distributors, importers & product manufacturer businesses across Australia who participate in our online wholesale HUB
What's the process?
Once your booking form and payment has been received, the Foodsource team will get in touch to confirm date(s) for your campaigns on the Broadcast Calendar - they will try to get as close as possible to the preferred dates specified on your form, however please keep in mind that the Broadcast Calendar is strictly limited so it's important to get in quick to secure your date(s)!
With your date(s) locked in, you'll then receive the material requirements form outlining the text and image components required. Material is due around 2 weeks before the release date.
Once the material is received, the Foodsource team will set about creating your email campaign and will send you a proof for approval before final release.
What happens after release?
After the release, you'll receive a report showing the open and click rate for the campaign. In addition, if you've booked the Brand Fusion Package for promotions to the retail buyer audience, you'll also receive a 'hotlist' containing 100 store names of buyers who've shown curiosity in the campaign. All broadcast bookings qualify you for subscription access to the Foodsource HUB industry register, with 1 month Essentials Wholesaler Subscription available for Brand Showcase or Brand Story broadcast bookings, and 6 month's login for Brand Fusion 3-campaign package bookings! This subscription will provide listing information for the retail buyers across Australia which can be accessed on a one-by-one basis, showcasing details such as: buyer name & contact details, store type, products currently stocked within the store, products the buyer is looking to source, plus much more!
